1. About AirRating

AirRating is a flight risk intelligence platform that provides risk scores for flights based on statistical models, historical data, weather, and machine learning. AirRating is currently in beta and operated by Giuseppe Tano, Vasto, Italy.

2. Beta Service

AirRating is currently in pre-launch / beta phase. By joining the waitlist you acknowledge that:

The service is not yet publicly available
Features, pricing and availability may change without notice
No service level agreement applies during the beta period

3. Informational Purpose Only

AirRating scores and information are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, a guarantee of flight performance, or a recommendation to purchase or cancel any travel. Always verify information with your airline or travel provider before making decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirRating and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or travel decisions made based on AirRating scores.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, brand assets, and code on airrating.io are the property of Giuseppe Tano / AirRating. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this service without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Misrepresent your identity when joining the waitlist

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vasto (CH), Italy.
