This Privacy Policy describes how AirRating (operated by Giuseppe Tano, Vasto, Italy — "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you interact with the waitlist form on airrating.io.

2. Data We Collect

When you join our waitlist we collect:

First name and last name
Email address
Role / professional category
Company name (optional)
Typical flight routes (optional)
Interest in B2B pilot (yes/no)
Language preference

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data solely to:

Add you to the AirRating beta waitlist and notify you when access is available
Contact you about a B2B pilot if you opted in

Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Your data is kept until you withdraw your consent or request deletion. We will not retain data beyond 24 months of inactivity.

5. Data Processors

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a French email marketing platform, to store and manage waitlist contacts. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU. No other third parties receive your personal data.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
Withdraw consent at any time
Object to processing
Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — garanteprivacy.it)

This website does not use tracking or profiling cookies. No analytics tools are loaded on this page.
